Bedroom Furniture in Bhopal
Beds with storage, fitted wardrobes, dressing units and bedside tables, finished to match your room.
Most bedrooms have to hold a bed, a wardrobe and somewhere to get ready, in a room that was planned around the bed alone. Built-in storage is usually what makes the other two fit. We start from the mattress size and the door swings, then find the storage.

Choosing bedroom furniture
What we check before quoting, and what is worth deciding before you order.
Confirm the mattress first
Common sizes are roughly 36×75 inches for a single, 60×78 for a double or queen, and 72×78 for a king. Measure the mattress you intend to keep before the bed is built — a frame made for a different size is an expensive correction.
Decide where the storage goes
Hydraulic storage under the mattress swallows bedding and luggage, the things you reach for twice a year. Drawers suit what you use daily. Many rooms want some of each rather than all of one.
Keep the swings clear
Check that the door, the wardrobe shutters and the bed can all open without meeting. Where there is no room for a shutter to swing, sliding doors solve it at the cost of reaching only half the wardrobe at a time.
Settle the headboard early
An upholstered headboard adds depth to the bed's overall length, often 10–15 cm more than a plain wooden one. In a tight room that is the difference between walking past the foot of the bed comfortably or not.
Materials we use
What each one is good at, so the choice is yours rather than ours.
- Plywood carcass
- Holds screws and weight better than particle board, which matters most in a storage bed that is lifted every week.
- Laminate, veneer or duco paint
- Laminate is the most forgiving day to day. Veneer shows real grain. Duco gives a smooth painted finish and can be touched up.
- Soft-close hardware
- Hinges and runners are what you touch every day, and the first thing to fail on cheap furniture.
- Mirror fronts
- A mirrored shutter removes the need for a separate dressing mirror and makes a narrow room read wider.
Questions about bedroom furniture
What size bed will fit my mattress?
Common Indian mattress sizes are about 36×75 inches (single), 60×78 (double or queen) and 72×78 (king). We build to your actual mattress rather than to a standard, so measure the one you plan to keep and we work from that.
Is a storage bed worth it in a small room?
In most small bedrooms, yes — it is the largest unused volume in the room. The trade-off is that you lift the mattress to reach it, so it suits bedding, luggage and seasonal clothing rather than daily items.
Can a wardrobe be built up to the ceiling?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. A wardrobe stopping short of the ceiling leaves a gap that collects dust and is awkward to clean. The top section becomes loft storage for suitcases.
