Set the width per person
Four feet of linear desk per person is the practical minimum; five feet is comfortable for anyone working with two screens or paperwork. Deciding this first fixes how many people the floor really holds.
Plan cabling before the desks
Power and data routes are cheap to design in and expensive to retrofit. We cut raceways and grommets into the desk while it is being made, rather than running trunking across the floor later.
Split shared and personal storage
A lockable mobile pedestal per person handles daily items; shared filing and stationery belong in a central run. Giving everyone full-height storage is usually wasted floor.
Do not buy chairs on looks
Seat height, back support and armrest position are what people notice by the afternoon. Sit in a chair for several minutes before ordering twenty of them.

Yes. Bulk orders are built to a single agreed specification so that desks match across the floor and can be matched again when you add people later. We agree the spec and the delivery schedule in writing before starting.
Do you install on site?
Yes, our own team installs rather than leaving flat-pack boxes. For occupied offices we can work to a schedule that keeps disruption to one area at a time.
Can you match furniture we already own?
Usually, if we can see it. Send photographs or let us visit — matching an existing laminate or polish shade is straightforward; matching a discontinued profile exactly is sometimes not, and we will say so rather than guess.
